Romelu Lukaku sealed the winning goal at the death to give Everton a 2-1 win over West Ham United at Upton Park this afternoon.
Stewart Downing opened the scoring in the second half, but Leon Osman responded minutes later with an equaliser before Lukaku nabbed the winner in the third minute of stoppage time.
Both sides are equal on 47 points and just one goal separates them heading into the final weekend of the season.
