The home side nearly had parity minutes later when Pablo Sarabia flighted a free kick into Alexis, but his header was just off target.
Perbet came close to doubling the lead on 21 minutes but his effort was well saved before Adrian Colunga flashed a shot wide from a difficult angle for El Geta.
Perbet again squandered an opportunity on the half-hour mark before Pedro Leon missed Getafe's best chance of the night when he put the ball over the bar from around six yards out.
