Florin Andone "very happy" at Deportivo La Coruna

Deportivo La Coruna striker Florin Andone distances himself from talk of a January move to the Premier League.

Deportivo La Coruna striker Florin Andone has insisted that he is "not thinking about moving abroad" despite suggestions that Sunderland are interested in his services.

The 23-year-old has netted five La Liga goals for Deportivo this season and it has been claimed that Sunderland boss David Moyes wants to bring the Romanian international to the Premier League.

Andone, however, has said that he is "very happy" in Spain and is not interested in moving to England.

"I am very happy here," Marca quotes Andone as saying. "I am not thinking about moving abroad. The Premier League does not appeal to me. Right now I am at the best club in the world because I am very comfortable [here]."

Andone scored 26 times in 56 appearances for Cordoba before joining Deportivo last summer.
