Alex Noren describes his four-shot victory at the Nordea Masters as "thrilling" after winning the tournament for a second time.

Alex Noren has expressed his delight at clinching the fourth European Tour title of his career at the Nordea Masters.

The Swede, who was the overnight leader heading into the final round, held his nerve on Sunday to claim a four-shot victory in Malmo.

Noren's last triumph on the European Tour came at the same tournament back in 2011.

"I'm so pleased," the 32-year-old is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "When you're in the lead you can think a lot, and it was very tough.

"I've had a few good tournaments (this year) but I haven't played well on the last day. I kept my poise and my caddie really helped calm me down. The win in the 2011 Nordea Masters was very thrilling, and this one is very pleasing."

Soren Kjeldsen of Denmark finished the tournament in second place.
