How Brazil could line up against Peru

Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Brazil could line up for Friday's Copa America clash with Peru.

Following a comfortable 3-0 win in their opening game, defending Copa America champions Brazil may look to keep an unchanged side for Friday's clash with Peru.

Neymar will once again be the star man for the Verde-Amarela, having found the net from the penalty spot last time out, as well as rounding the keeper to assist Gabriel Barbosa for their third goal in the dying minutes.

He should again be joined by Richarlison and Gabriel Jesus in the front three, despite Jesus squandering several close-range chances in that game.

Elsewhere, Eder Militao and Marquinhos will continue their partnership at the heart of the back four, as they looked assured when required on Sunday, while Marquinhos also pounced on a loose ball to hit their opening goal.

They will be shielded by Real Madrid enforcer Casemiro, who immediately broke up any Venezuela attacks on Sunday, establishing his side's dominance in the game.

Right-back Danilo also put in an impressive performance, having been camped deep in the Venezuela half for the majority of the proceedings due to his side's dominance, and he earned himself a place in the next game with a strong showing.

Arguably the biggest competition for places comes between the sticks, as Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson will look to take the spot of Liverpool's Alisson Becker.

After a fairly seamless clean sheet in their first match, Alisson is expected to keep his place, with Tite potentially waiting until an underwhelming performance before he makes too many changes.

Brazil possible starting lineup: Alisson; Danilo, Militao, Marquinhos, Lodi; Casemiro, Fred, Paqueta; Neymar, Jesus, Richarlison
