Liverpool are reportedly set to negotiate terms over new deals for goalkeeper Alisson Becker and midfielder Fabinho heading into this summer.

The Brazilian stopper has had difficult season both on and off the field, but was the hero last weekend when he scored a stoppage-time header to help the Reds claim three crucial points away at West Bromwich Albion, keeping their Champions League hopes alive.

According to The Mirror, Jurgen Klopp's side are looking to tie down both Alisson and compatriot Fabinho to new long-term deals before to start of next season.

Alisson has two years remaining on his current contract and Liverpool have the option to extend it by a further year, but the club would like to reward the goalkeeper with a new and improved deal.

Meanwhile, Fabinho is also entering the final two years of his contract and the Reds are keen to extend the 27-year-old's deal, which would see the versatile midfielder stay at Anfield beyond his 30s.

Allison has made 128 appearance for Liverpool since joining the club from Roma in July 2018, keeping 57 clean sheets, while Fabinho has featured 120 times since he signed from Monaco in May of the same year.
