Crystal Palace and Chelsea have made two changes apiece ahead of their Premier League meeting on Saturday.

Mathieu Flamini drops out of the Eagles starting XI because of a groin injury as Alan Pardew names Joe Ledley in midfield instead.

In addition, Lee Chung-yong drops to the bench, with Jason Puncheon lining up from the start.

Despite scoring the winner against Sunderland, Cesc Fabregas drops to the Blues bench as Eden Hazard takes his place in the visitors' starting XI.

The other change made by Antonio Conte sees Nemanja Matic replace Pedro, who is named among the Chelsea substitutes as they bid to make it 11 league wins on the trot.
