Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Chelsea could line up in Tuesday's Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Chelsea will be looking to move into the top four in the Premier League table when they welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening.

The Blues, who booked their spot in the FA Cup final courtesy of a 1-0 win over Manchester City on Saturday, could again be without both Mateo Kovacic and Andreas Christensen against the Seagulls.

Thiago Silva is also unlikely to be available, with the experienced centre-back picking up a back problem in the latter stages of the clash with Pep Guardiola's side.

As a result, there could be a start for Kurt Zouma, while head coach Thomas Tuchel is expected to make a number of changes from the side that started at the weekend.

Callum Hudson-Odoi and Marcos Alonso could come into the XI in the wing-back positions, while Edouard Mendy is expected to replace Kepa Arrizabalaga between the sticks.

Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech were both impressive against Man City, but the pair could be given a rest here, with Kai Havertz and Christian Pulisic featuring in the final third of the field.

Kovacic's expected absence means that Tuchel should stick with Jorginho and N'Golo Kante in the middle of the park, while Mason Mount is again likely to feature in a forward area.

Chelsea possible starting lineup: Mendy; Azpilicueta, Zouma, Rudiger; Hudson-Odoi, Jorginho, Kante, Alonso; Mount, Havertz, Pulisic
