Chelsea team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Porto

Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final fixture against Porto.

Chelsea are back in action on Wednesday night as they take on Porto in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie.

While Chelsea received widespread praise for the manner of their triumph over Atletico Madrid in the last 16, the Blues head into this contest on the back of a 5-2 defeat to West Bromwich Albion.

Thomas Tuchel is blessed with a strong squad at Stamford Bridge, but the German has a number of injury concerns as his side prepare for the encounter against the Portuguese giants.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the trip to Seville, a location selected due to coronavirus restrictions.

Possible return date: April 7 (vs. Porto)

Abraham's ankle injury kept him out of contention for Saturday's Premier League fixture, extending his absence from the squad. However, after not featuring since February 20, the forward will travel to Spain with the rest of the squad.
