A glitch on Barcelona's official website leads to speculation that Alexandre Lacazette could be on his way to Camp Nou as his profile is made available to view.

Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has appeared on Barcelona's player profile page amid recent links with a switch to Camp Nou.

The Frenchman, who netted 19 goals in all competitions this season, is rumoured to have emerged as a target for the La Liga giants.

Recent reports in the Spanish media have claimed that Lacazette has contacted Barca to let them know he would be interested in a switch, even though he would likely play a back-up role to Luis Suarez and Antoine Griezmann, who is expected to join in July.

Playing Champions League football and winning major honours is believed to be behind the 27-year-old's decision to swap clubs.

Speculation that a transfer could go through has now intensified as Lacazette's player profile appeared on Barcelona's official website.

However, it later transpired that there are profiles available for a number of players, with Cardiff City defender Sol Bamba's bio on the same page later going viral.

Speaking earlier this week, Lacazette admitted to being "flattered" by the links with Barcelona.
