The Denver Nuggets booked their place in the Western Conference semi-finals for the first time in 10 years with a 90-86 win over the San Antonio Spurs.

By the end of the third, Denver led by 11 points but the Spurs kept fighting to trail by two with less than a minute to go.
Jamal Murray was the hero, however, for Denver as he hit a floater with 36.8 seconds left on the clock to secure the win and help him finish with 23 points, five rebounds and four assists.
Nikola Jokic continued his fine form in his play-off debut, recording his second career play-off triple-double with 21 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists.
In the night's other game, the Toronto Raptors kicked off their Eastern Conference semi-final series with a 108-95 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.
Kawhi Leonard scored a career play-off high 45 points and had 11 rebounds, while Pascal Siakam added 29 points with seven rebounds.
