Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Manchester United could line up for their Premier League clash with Leicester City on Tuesday.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expected to rotate heavily for Tuesday's Premier League meeting with Leicester City at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils are already without injured trio Daniel James, Anthony Martial and Phil Jones, and the ever-present Harry Maguire may be out for a while after picking up an ankle injury against Aston Villa.

With only 48 hours in between matches, a complete reshuffle of the defence could see Eric Bailly replace Maguire, with Axel Tuanzebe and Alex Telles replacing Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw out wide.

The Red Devils must also take their Thursday evening battle with Liverpool into account, so further changes to the midfield could see Nemanja Matic and maybe even Donny van de Beek benefit from some much-needed rotation.

Bruno Fernandes bagged his 25th goal of the season from the spot at Villa Park but may also be benched with Liverpool in mind, which would allow Juan Mata to influence the game from the first whistle.

Edinson Cavani should lead the line after initially being named as a substitute at Villa Park, while Mason Greenwood's substitution just after the hour mark suggests that he could make an immediate return to the first XI.

Manchester United possible starting lineup: Henderson; Tuanzebe, Lindelof, Bailly, Telles; Matic, McTominay, Van de Beek; Mata; Greenwood, Cavani
