Iker Casillas more excited than ever

Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas reveals his "excitement" ahead of Saturday's Champions League final against Atletico Madrid.

Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has revealed his "excitement" ahead of Saturday's Champions League final against Atletico Madrid.

The Spanish international won the European Cup with Los Blancos in both 2000 and 2002, but he has said that he 'barely has any memories left' of those particular triumphs.

"It's been so long that I barely have any memories left. I was 19 and 21 when we won the previous two Champions Leagues," AS quotes Casillas as saying.

"Your experience of it is different, the feeling of excitement is greater than it was then."

Casillas has been with Madrid since 1990.
