How Wolverhampton Wanderers could line up against Manchester United

Ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash between Manchester United and Wolves, Sports Mole looks at how the visitors could line up at Old Trafford.

Wolverhampton Wanderers will be looking to continue their solid start to the new Premier League campaign when they travel to Manchester United on Saturday afternoon.

The newly-promoted side only recorded a point from their opening two fixtures, but two wins and a draw have come from fixtures against Manchester City, West Ham United and Burnley.

That run of results has left Wolves sitting in ninth place in the top-flight standings, just one place and one point adrift of their opponents this weekend.

Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has been consistent with his team selection this season, and here Sports Mole looks at how his side could line up at the Theatre of Dreams.

Doubtful: Ivan Cavaleiro (back)

Nuno is yet to make a single change to his starting lineup in the Premier League this season and barring any late fitness issues, that policy should continue against United.

Summer signing Adama Traore is pushing for his first start since arriving from Middlesbrough, but the winger is likely to have to make do with a place on the bench.

Leander Dendoncker is also ready to feature in the top flight for the first time after joining from Anderlecht, but the Belgium international has remained out of the 18-man squad due to the form of his teammates.

Ivan Cavaleiro is closing in on a return from a back injury, but the wideman is unlikely to be considered for this game with an EFL Cup meeting with Leicester City just around the corner.
