Which team could win Euro 2020?

Do you know which team is looking most likely to win the postponed Euro 2020 tournament? Find out whether England, France or Spain will take home the title here.

Last year's Euro 2020 tournament was initially postponed but with the first few matches just around the corner, football fever is increasing around Europe. While some teams don't really stand a chance of bagging the trophy at the end of the tournament, others are hoping to come home champions. Will the reigning champions Portugal win this year's tournament or will their competitors France win? Check out which teams we predict to make it far below.

France

The French national football team has a very impressive squad and history on the pitch. In the previous Euro tournament, they came in second place to Portugal with many fans believing that they would walk away the winners. If France is to win the final, this will be the second time they have held both the Euro title and the World Cup title at the same time! Look out for players like Paul Pogba, Kylian Mbappé and Kurt Zouma in this squad.

England

England squad manager Gareth Southgate has been working hard to finalise the team that will play for England in the Euro 2020 matches. While England doesn't have a great history of winning on a worldwide level, they are certainly getting fans excited for this tournament. If you take a look at some of the UK sports betting sites, you'll see that England could potentially win this year, with odds similar to France! Some of the players to earn their place on the England squad this year include Kieran Trippier, Kyle Walker and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Belgium

Next on our list of potential teams that could win the Euro 2020 tournament is Belgium. If they were to win, they would be claiming their first major trophy in history which would be quite the achievement. Leading the Belgium squad are great players like Kevin De Bruyne, Eden Hazard and Romelu Lukaku. We recommend checking out some of the Belgium matches to see them in action.

Spain

The Spanish national football team has won a lot of major tournaments over the years but could the Euro 2020 title be their next? La Roja previously won the Euros in 2008 and 2012, retaining the title. Expect to see top players like David de Gea, Fabián Ruiz and Ferran Torres on this squad when the matches begin. While they are currently being listed as underdogs, we expect to see a great performance from the team.

Who Will Win?

The first Euro 2020 match this year will be on June 11 so don't miss it. We expect to see England, France and Belgium all perform very well during this major tournament. It is too early to call the winner of the final just yet but some of these teams have such impressive squads that it would be difficult for them to get knocked out right away. While Portugal might not be on track to retain their title for another year, they do have a chance of making it quite far in the competition.ID:450584: cacheID:450584:1false2false3false:!x!:: from db desktop :LenBod:restore:4374:
