Tajikistan's Mavzuna Chorieva has won through to the semi-fianls of the lightweight tournament with a five-point victory over China's Dong Cheng.
Chorieva tried to come forward but was being kept at bay by Dong, who was content to box off the back foot.
The Tajik led by one point but began to get on top in the third round as the Chinese fighter lost a bit of her concentration.
Dong was still unwilling to directly confront Chorieva in the final round and succumbed to a 13-8 defeat.
