Great Britain's Jamie Carter misses out on men's T34 100m final.

Jamie Carter of Great Britain has failed to qualify for the finals of the men's T34 100m.

Carter finished sixth with a time of 17.75s.

Tunisia's Walid Ktila went into the heat as favourite and won with a Paralympic record of 15.95s.

UAE's Mohamed Hammadi and the Netherlands' Stefan Rusch finished second and third respectively.
