Patrick Reed now sits at 11th place in the World Golf Rankings after winning his first Major title at The Masters on Sunday.

Patrick Reed has moved into 11th place in the World Golf Rankings courtesy of his victory at The Masters on Sunday night.

The American held off the challenges of Rickie Fowler and Jordan Spieth to claim his first Major title and now sits on the brink of a return to the world's top 10.

Spieth and Fowler are now third and sixth respectively, while Dustin Johnson remains at the top of the standings after finishing in a tie for 10th position at Augusta.

Justin Rose, Rory McIlroy, Tommy Fleetwood and Paul Casey are still in fifth, seventh, 12th and 13th place respectively after strong showings at the first Major of the year.

Tiger Woods has returned to the world's top 100 for the first time in three years after earning a share of 32nd spot.
