The Gunners have traditionally struggled in November under Arsene Wenger in recent years.

Victory against Vorskla Poltava in Kiev ensured Arsenal remained unbeaten in the month of November for the first time in 13 years.

Goals from Emile Smith Rowe, Aaron Ramsey and Joe Willock sealed top spot in Group E of Europa League qualifying for Unai Emery's side with a game to spare.

Under Arsene Wenger's reign the north London side traditionally struggled in November, but with Emery as boss this season they managed five games without tasting defeat.

It's not been plain sailing for Arsenal however, who won just two of those games (against Bournemouth and Vorskla) and drew three (against Liverpool, Wolves and Sporting Lisbon).

It's a record that doesn't compare with the Gunners' last undefeated November, where victories against Sparta Prague, Sunderland, Wigan, FC Thun, Blackburn and Reading helped them to six wins from six in the 2005/06 season.

Arsenal will play one more Europa League group game – against FK Qarabag – before heading into the last 32 to face either a runner-up from another Europa League group or one of the four sides with the worst records who drop down from the Champions League.
