Lithuania's Andrius Sidlauskas has won gold in the men's 50m breaststroke final in a time of 27.81s.
Croatian Nikola Obrovac and Tobias Bjerg of Denmark won silver and bronze respectively.
Sidlauskas set a Games record of 27.75s in the semi-final.
