Fit-again Tim Visser comes into the Scotland team to face Italy at the weekend, with Sean Lamont dropping down to the bench.

Tim Visser has been included in the Scotland starting lineup for Saturday's Six Nations encounter against Italy at the Stadio Olimpico.

The 28-year-old winger has recently spent time on the sidelines with a hamstring complaint.

However, he has now recovered to take his place in the XV at the expense of veteran Sean Lamont.

That is the only change head coach Vern Cotter has decided to make, while Rory Sutherland, Moray Low, Peter Horne and Ryan Wilson are all named on the bench.

"After a week off from the Championship, we have returned to camp fresh and fit, and have prepared well for what will be another formidable opponent," said Cotter.
