England hooker Jamie George has been ruled out of Saturday's Six Nations match against Wales with a biceps injury.

The 25-year-old, who ruptured a tendon during training on Tuesday, will be replaced on the bench at Twickenham by Luke Cowan-Dickie.

George's replacement has just one England cap to his name after featuring against France in the World Cup last year.

England are at the top of the Six Nations table following three victories.
