Germany boss Joachim Low has reportedly banned his players from having sexual intercourse during the World Cup.
According to La Gazetta dello Sport, the 58-year-old will not allow the players to see their families during the competition.
The report adds that the German internationals are allowed to drink alcohol, however, as long as it is measured.
"The team is more important than the ego," Low told reporters.
"The guys know our behaviour guidelines well, they know what our ambitions are and what our tasks are: no one can become a world champion, we are all pieces of a puzzle.
"Everyone must be aware of their role within the team. The personal ego must be appeased."
Germany have their first World Cup group stage fixture against Mexico on June 17, before playing Sweden on June 23 and South Korea on June 27.
