Snooker legend Ronnie O'Sullivan has admitted that he wants to one day "experience" being on reality TV show Celebrity Big Brother.

The five-time world champion has suggested that he has been asked to be on the Channel 5 show in the past, but believes that he would be too "boring" for viewers.

In his blog for Eurosport, O'Sullivan wrote: "One of my favourite things in life is Big Brother, everyone knows what a fan I am, I can't get enough of it.

"Would I go in there? if I was to go in the house, I think I'd be quiet and boring, that's why I've never done the show. Although I'd love to experience it one day."

O'Sullivan has backed actor Darren Day to take the celebrity crown in the current series.
