Romelu Lukaku was reportedly arrested at his rented Beverley Hills mansion in Los Angeles last week after a number of noise complaints were made.

Everton striker Romelu Lukaku was arrested by police in Los Angeles last weekend for allegedly disturbing the peace, according to reports in the United States.

The 24-year-old is due to undergo a medical in the American city over the next couple of days ahead of completing a switch to Manchester United, which could be worth up to £90m with add-ons.

Lukaku, who has spent time relaxing in LA with United midfielder Paul Pogba, was said to have been arrested at his rented mansion in Beverley Hills on July 2.

American news outlet TMZ Sports claims that the Belgium international was given a caution by officers, rather than being taken to the police station.

Multiple complaints were received from neighbours, it is suggested, with cops called to the property six times to deal with noise complaints.

Lukaku, also wanted by Premier League champions Chelsea, is expected to be issued with a hefty fine.
