Barcelona are reportedly in discussions with Spanish pharmaceutical company Grifols over the naming rights to their Camp Nou home.

Barcelona are in advanced talks with a pharmaceutical giant to hand over naming rights to their famous Camp Nou home, according to a report.

The Catalan club have long been open to the idea of renaming their ground, which will help fund its planned £500m redevelopment.

Barca have been in discussions with a number of global companies in recent weeks, with £305m the expected figure on the table to complete a deal, and The Mirror suggests that terms with Spanish brand Grifols is close to being finalised.

Barca's home of 60 years will apparently be renamed 'Nou Camp Grifols' if an agreement can be reached.

Work will begin next year on expanding the ground to around 105,000 seats, which the La Liga giants hope to have complete in time for the 2022-23 season.
