Result: England continue 100% Netball World Cup record with victory over Samoa

England defeat Samoa 85-34 in their final group game of the Netball World Cup.

England have beaten Samoa to secure a 100% record in the group stages of the Netball World Cup.

They dominated from the start and built up a 22-4 lead in the first quarter. That dominance continued through to half time, with the lead extended to 43-10.

Samoa came out strongly at the start of the second half and scored six early goals, but England bounced back to take the quarter 18-14.

England took the score to 85-34 at full time, with the team achieving an 88% shot accuracy.

England will play hosts and world number one team Australia in the quarter-final after they were stunned by New Zealand earlier in the day.
