Judo star Kimberley Renicks: 'My sister Louise will push me to my limit'

Judo star Kimberley Renicks says that her sister Louise will push her to the limit to prepare for the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Judo star Kimberley Renicks has claimed that her sister Louise will push her to her "limit" when they begin training for the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Louise Renicks announced her retirement from the sport earlier this month before confirming that she will help coach her sibling.

Kimberley is currently British number one in the -48kg category and has a place in the world's top 40.

"It's going to be tough," Kimberley told the Daily Record. "Louise knows when I am working hard and when I'm not. She knows how to speak to me and get the best out of me. She will push me to my limit.

"It's still doable to make the Olympics, but I need to get to a lot of events which is where the financing comes in."

Kimberley won gold at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow last year.
