Scott Hend, Pelle Edberg share halfway lead at True Thailand Classic

Australia's Scott Hend and Pelle Edberg of Sweden share the halfway lead at 12-under-par in the True Thailand Classic.

Scott Hend shot the low round of the day to move into a share of the lead with Pelle Edberg at the halfway mark of the True Thailand Classic.

Hend, of Australia, carded a bogey-free 64 that included one eagle to reach 12-under-par for the tournament in Hua Hin.

Sweden's Edberg followed up his opening round of 65 with 67 on day two, with the duo one clear of home favourite Panuphol Pittayarat going into the weekend.

First-round leader Peter Uihlein is three shots off the pace having made only 71 - the highest score of anyone in the top 15 today - in his second round.
