Wolverhampton Wanderers reportedly recently took Greece international left-back Kostas Giannoulis on trial.

Kostas Giannoulis has reportedly returned to his native Greece following a two-week trial stint with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The 28-year-old, who has been capped by his country once, is currently on the books of Asteras Tripoli.

However, he recently made the trip to the Black Country in a bid to catch the eye of head coach Kenny Jackett, according to the Express & Star.

Giannoulis is now back with his club, with Wolves believed to be mulling over whether or not to make a bid for his services.

Recent speculation has claimed that signing a left-back is one of Jackett's main priorities this summer.
