Result: Robin Knoche own goal earns FC Koln a point at home to Wolfsburg

FC Koln hold Wolfsburg to an entertaining 2-2 draw on the final day of the Bundesliga season.

Wolfsburg have finished second in the Bundesliga after a 2-2 draw away at FC Koln on the final day of the season.

The home side made a fast start as Marcel Risse found Yuya Osako, and he fired the ball past the goalkeeper from close range.

However, Wolfsburg equalised just five minutes later as Luis Gustavo tapped the ball in after a rebound dropped perfectly for him at the back post.

Ivan Perisic then gave the away side the lead with a precise low finish after he was found by Daniel Caligiuri on the edge of the box.

Goalkeeper Max Grun kept his team ahead with a reflex save to deny Osako a second, after he firmly headed a cross towards the net.

However, Koln did equalise just after the hour-mark as Robin Knoche smacked the ball into his own net with an attempted clearance.

Pezsko should have put his side ahead when he was found with an inch-perfect cross minutes later, but he headed it way over the bar.

Neither side could find a winner, though, and had to settle for a draw.
