West Ham United have been granted permission to conduct a medical on Eintracht Frankfurt striker Sebastien Haller ahead of a potential move to the London Stadium.
The 25-year-old scored 19 goals from 39 appearances for the German side during the 2018-19 season, attracting attention from a number of clubs including West Ham and Manchester United.
The Red Devils' interest did not extend to a formal bid, but Frankfurt have now confirmed that West Ham are closing in on an agreement for the striker.
"Eintracht and West Ham have agreed terms for the transfer of Sebastien Haller," the Bundesliga club tweeted.
"Haller has now been cleared to undergo a medical in London. If all goes to plan then Haller will sign with the Hammers."
Sky Sports News suggests that a fee of £45m will secure Haller's move to the Premier League outfit.body check tags ::
