Javier Hernandez will fly to London on Tuesday to have a medical and complete his move to West Ham United, according to reports.

West Ham United have scheduled Javier Hernandez's medical for Tuesday, according to reports.

The Hammers agreed terms with Bayer Leverkusen last Thursday, releasing a statement confirming that the Mexico international was due in London "in the coming days" to complete the formalities of his move.

According to Sky Sports News, Hernandez will fly to London early next week to have a medical and complete a move that will see him on wages of £140,000 a week, making him the highest-paid player in the club's history.

The 29-year-old has spent the last two seasons with the Bundesliga side, where he has scored 39 goals in 76 appearances in all competitions.

Earlier in his career, Chicharito netted a total of 59 strikes in 157 matches for Manchester United.
