West Ham United will reportedly consider a move for Marco Silva if David Moyes does not extend his stay at the London Stadium past the end of this season.

West Ham United have reportedly identified Marco Silva as a possible replacement for David Moyes.

Since his arrival in November, Moyes has had a positive impact at the London Stadium, with six wins and seven draws coming from his 23 matches in all competitions.

However, Moyes is said to want to want control over which players arrive at the club in the summer - a request which is yet to be granted - and it puts West Ham in a position where they must consider a potential successor for the Scot.

According to Marca, the East London outfit hold an interest in Silva, who had roles with Hull City and Watford between the start of 2017 and 2018 respectively.

The 40-year-old continues to be linked with clubs in the Premier League and abroad, with West Bromwich Albion and Benfica both allegedly keen on the Portuguese.

Moyes's future and Silva's possible arrival could depend on whether West Ham remain in the Premier League, with the club sitting just two points above the relegation zone.
