West Bromwich Albion youngster Andre Wright has joined Coventry City on loan until January.

The 19-year-old striker signed a one-year deal with the Baggies earlier this summer, but will spend the first half of that on loan with the Sky Blues.

Wright was part of West Brom's starting lineup for their Checkatrade Trophy clash with Millwall on Tuesday night, but will now spend the next four months playing League One football.

Wright is the eighth player from West Brom's youth ranks to leave the club on loan this summer, joining a Coventry side sitting 22nd in the League One table.

The forward could make his debut against Fleetwood Town on Saturday.
