West Bromwich Albion have revealed the signing of Chinese forward Zhang Yuning from Vitesse.

On Sunday, the Baggies announced that they had brought in Jay Rodriguez from Southampton, and they have wasted little time in adding to the attacking ranks at The Hawthorns.

Zhang had been with Vitesse since 2015 but he has now penned a contract with the West Midlands outfit, despite only making two starts in the Eredivisie during the last campaign.

However, he will spend the next two seasons out on loan, with Werder Bremen agreeing to sign the 20-year-old until 2019.

Zhang is already a regular with the Chinese national team, with two goals being scored in nine outings on the international stage.
