Gareth Bale: 'Just the beginning for Wales'

Wales winger Gareth Bale insists that his side's run to the semi-finals of Euro 2016 is "just the beginning" for the team.

Wales winger Gareth Bale has insisted that his side's performance at Euro 2016 is "just the beginning" for the team.

Chris Coleman's side provided the story of the competition by topping Group B and then making it all the way to the semi-finals in what was their first ever appearance at a European Championship.

Their run ended in the semi-finals courtesy of a 2-0 defeat to Portugal in Lyon last night, but Bale vows that there is more to come.

Bale scored three goals and set up one more in six matches at Euro 2016.
