The man himself has insisted that he will not quit, despite the club sitting just two places above the relegation zone on goal difference.
According to talkSPORT, the USA are looking at Bilic as a candidate to replace Bruce Arena, who left as head coach due to the team's failure to qualify for the World Cup for the first time since 1986.
The report claims that the national side are impressed with the West Ham manager's record at international level, having coached Croatia for six years.
Bilic's contract at the London Stadium expires at the end of the season.
