Team News: Luis Suarez keeps place in Uruguay side

Luis Suarez once again partners Edinson Cavani in attack as Uruguay take on Italy in Natal.

Luis Suarez will start for Uruguay in their final World Cup group encounter against Italy in Natal this afternoon.

The Liverpool striker had been struggling with a knee complaint that required surgery, but he returned to score both goals in a 2-1 win over England last time out.

Following on from that encounter, he's proved his fitness again and will feature in tandem with Edinson Cavani in the South American side's attack.

Elsewhere, captain Diego Lugano has not recovered from a knee complaint in time, which in turn has handed another opportunity to young centre-back Jose Maria Gimenez.

Italy have made three changes from the side that lost to Costa Rica as Ciro Immobile, Mattia De Sciglio and Marco Verratti all come into the starting XI.

Uruguay: Muslera; Caceres, Gimenez, Godin, A Pereira; Gonzalez, Arevalo Rios, C Rodriguez, Lodeiro; Cavani, Suarez
