Ostersunds FK manager Graham Potter and former Crystal Palace boss Frank de Boer are reportedly in contention for the vacant job at Swansea City.

Swansea City have reportedly identified Graham Potter and Frank de Boer as possible replacements for outgoing boss Carlos Carvalhal.

On Friday, it was announced that Carvalhal had left his position at the Liberty Stadium after Swansea were relegated from the Premier League.

Former Wales boss Chris Coleman has been linked with the role but according to The Guardian, Potter and De Boer are currently regarded as the main candidates.

Englishman Potter has worked wonders at Swedish club Ostersunds FK, with the club securing a place in the top flight and reaching the knockout stages of the Europa League under the 42-year-old's guidance.

De Boer has been out of work since a disastrous five-game spell at Crystal Palace came to an end in September, but the Swansea hierarchy have previously been keen on the Dutchman, who has also managed Ajax and Inter Milan.
