Tottenham Hotspur reportedly line up a £7m bid for Fiorentina midfielder Milan Badelj.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly planning to make a move for Fiorentina midfielder Milan Badelj when the transfer window opens in January.

The 27-year-old has been with the Serie A outfit for two years and has come up against Mauricio Pochettino's side four times in the Europa League in the last two seasons.

According to the Sunday People, Spurs are planning to make a bid of £7m to lure him to England in the New Year.

Badelj was a target of Italian giants AC Milan over the summer but the deal collapsed after the Serie A sides failed to agree on a fee.

The former Hamburg player also has 25 caps for the Croatia national side.
