A report claims that Huddersfield Town's young Danish midfielder Philip Billing is a target of Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly kept close tabs on Huddersfield Town midfielder Philip Billing over recent months.

The Dane has enjoyed a run in Huddersfield's first team since the appointment of David Wagner as head coach.

According to the Huddersfield Examiner, the 19-year-old's performances have captured the attention of Premier League side Spurs.

Billing, who joined the Terriers from Esbjerg in 2013, recently signed a new contract that runs for another four years.

The youngster has made a total of 12 senior appearances, which have yielded a return of one goal.
