Wednesday's Tottenham Hotspur transfer talk news roundup: Dele Alli, Arkadiusz Milik, Milan Skriniar

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer talk for Tottenham on Wednesday, September 30.

The summer transfer window has now begun, with rumours and speculation continuing to swirl as Tottenham Hotspur eye possible reinforcements.

Spurs were among the biggest spenders during the January transfer window but are expected to be active again in the summer as Jose Mourinho continues to mould his squad.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Wednesday morning's Tottenham Hotspur transfer talk news roundup:

Dele Alli 'left out of Tottenham Hotspur squad again for Chelsea clash'

Dele Alli has once again been left out of Tottenham Hotspur's squad for this evening's EFL Cup fourth round clash with Chelsea, according to a report.

The England international was hauled off at half time of their opening Premier League game against Everton and has not been included in the matchday squad for either of their two league games since.

Alli did start against Shkendija in the Europa League last week, but The Telegraph reports that he will again not be involved in any capacity for the London derby with Chelsea at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this evening.

The news plunges the 24-year-old's future at the club into even more doubt, with manager Jose Mourinho having confirmed that he will make wholesale changes for his side's second game in three days - with another to come two days later.

Alli could yet be involved in Thursday's Europa League qualifier against Maccabi Haifa, although his absence against Chelsea increases speculation of a possible move away before Monday's transfer deadline.

French champions Paris Saint-Germain are thought to be interested in the midfielder, but have so far been put off by Tottenham's asking price.

Manchester City join Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur in Arkadiusz Milik race?

Manchester City are the latest Premier League side to show an interest in Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik, according to a report.

The Poland international has been strongly linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur, while Manchester United are also believed to have made their interest known.

Italian journalist Ciro Venerato has claimed that the Citizens are now in the running to sign the 26-year-old, who has netted 38 goals in 93 Serie A appearances.

City are currently without a recognised striker, with Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus not expected to return from injury for another month.

Milik is out of contract at the Stadio San Paolo next summer and is said to be available for £17.5m, plus £6m in bonuses, in the current window.
