Crystal Palace have moved through to the FA Cup fifth round with a 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in Sunday's fixture at Selhurst Park.

Connor Wickham gave the Eagles an early lead from close range, and Palace doubled their advantage courtesy of a penalty from Andros Townsend.

Kieran Trippier missed a spot kick for the visitors at the other end, but Mauricio Pochettino can have no complaints with the result after his side delivered a below-par performance.

3.55pmHello and welcome to Sports Mole's live coverage of the FA Cup fourth round clash between Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur. Mauricio Pochettino's side have recorded 1-0 wins in each of the last five meetings between the sides, but the Argentine has had to contend with a number of injury issues in recent weeks. As the teams make their way out, let's take a look at the two starting lineups...

3.57pmCRYSTAL PALACE XI: Speroni; Ward, Kelly, Dann, Van Aanholt; Meyer; Kouyate, Schlupp; Townsend, Zaha, Wickham

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR XI: Gazzaniga; Sanchez, Foyth, Vertonghen; Trippier, Dier, Skipp, Walker-Peters; N'Koudou, Lucas, Llorente

1 minKICKOFF:  Spurs get us underway!

2 minSpurs have had the majority of the ball during the opening couple of minutes, and good work from Walker-Peters and N'Koudou has led to a corner.

4 minNothing came from the resulting set piece, but Spurs have continued to dominate the ball by switching it from side to side.

6 minPalace finally manage to put something together going forward but Spurs win back the ball and break forward, only for Kouyate to cynically bring down Moura. He's extremely fortunate to avoid a yellow card.

8 minSkipp has just attempted a shot from distance, but it was so bad that it barely deserves a mention. Not much to report over the first eight minutes.

9 minGOAL!  Crystal Palace 1-0 Tottenham Hotspur (Connor Wickham)

9 minPalace take the lead! The ball falls for Schlupp around 20 yards out and after advancing past Sanchez and into the area, the Palace man saw a shot well saved by Gazzaniga. However, the rebound went straight to Wickham who could not miss from a couple of yards. The forward has scored his first goal since November 2016!

11 minSelhurst Park is rocking. The home side had been very much second best during the opening stages but they now have something to build on. Spurs need a response.

13 minPalace are lucky to earn a corner on the right but fortunately for Spurs and the assistant, nothing comes from the set piece. Spurs are having to do plenty of defending.

15 minThe home side sense that this Spurs side may be there for the taking today. It has been a really short turnaround for the visitors. Palace remain on top.

17 minSpurs have just put together a well-constructed move down the left, but Walker-Peters's cross was easily cleared by Dann. We have not seen much from Llorente.

18 minSHOT!  Moura takes it upon himself to take a shot on from all of 25 yards, but the Brazilian's strike goes marginally over Speroni's crossbar. Decent effort.

20 minSHOT!  It's Van Aanholt's turn to try his luck from distance but although his attempt is superbly struck, Gazzaniga makes a comfortable save to his right.

22 minA floated pass into the Palace area should be easily dealt with, but poor communication between Speroni and Dann leads to a corner. However, the home side deal with the delivery from the right.

24 minThe home crowd are appreciative of a move from Palace, but the ball goes harmlessly behind for a goal kick with Ward unable to get on the end of a pass down the right.

26 minWalker-Peters is enjoying a solid game for Spurs, and the wing-back manages to draw a foul out of Ward. Chance here for the visitors to get the ball into the box.

27 minSpurs instead decide to pass the ball to N'Koudou on the edge of the area, but the winger wants too much time and is dispossessed. What a waste.

29 minSpurs have made a couple of errors over the past few minutes, and they are making an effort to calm things down in the middle third of the pitch.

31 minA lengthy spell on the ball ends with a long ball being sent through to Llorente, but the pass goes straight through to Speroni. Another waste.

33 minPENALTY!  What on earth is Walker-Peters doing?! The wing-back is fearful of Wickham beating him in the air and proceeds to handle the ball before the forward can make contact!

34 minGOAL!  Crystal Palace 2-0 Tottenham Hotspur

34 minTownsend makes no mistake from the spot, drilling the ball to Gazzaniga's right as the goalkeeper dived the other way. Spurs are in huge trouble.

36 minCHANCE!  It should be 3-0 and game over. Van Aanholt powers down the left and tees up Townsend for a first-time shot from 12 yards. He simply has to score, but the former Spurs man is too obvious with his effort and Gazzaniga guesses correctly.

38 minAgain, Spurs attempt to calm everything down but the visitors are well off the pace. They cannot afford to go further behind before the break.

41 minCHANCE!  Spurs should halve the deficit. Everyone expects Trippier to shoot from a 20-yard free kick, but the right-back cleverly sets up N'Koudou. However, the winger's first-time effort from close range is superbly blocked by Speroni.

43 minPENALTY!  Spurs win a penalty! Van Aanholt tripped Foyth inside the area as the defender attempted to turn from around 16 yards out. Another easy decision for the referee.

44 minOh wow! Trippier steps up and sends the spot kick wide of the target! This doesn't feel like Spurs' day...

45 minThere will be two minutes of added-on time.

45+2 minHALF TIME:  Crystal Palace 2-0 Tottenham Hotspur

4.50pmThe half-time whistle goes at Selhurst Park and Palace lead thanks to goals from Wickham and Townsend. The hosts deserve their lead, and Spurs will be left ruing that missed penalty from Trippier just before the break. It's a long way back for Pochettino's side.

5.02pmThe two teams are beginning to make their way back out at Selhurst Park. Spurs are introducing Lamela for Vertonghen.

46 minKICKOFF:  Palace get us back underway.

48 minSpurs have gone straight onto the front foot at the start of this second half, although they are not necessarily playing with any greater urgency. The visitors are now operating with four at the back.

50 minDier whips in a stunning cross from the right and Moura thinks that he is about to head home from close range, but Ward dives in to make an outstanding headed clearance.

52 minSpurs have upped things now and Palace are having to work hard to keep Pochettino's men at bay. Palace have not been a threat at the other end since the restart.

53 minCHANCE!  Llorente does well to turn on the edge of the area and the Spaniard gets a shot away, which is deflected and turned past the post by Speroni.

55 minYELLOW CARD!  Sanchez goes into the book for a mistimed challenge on Townsend on the halfway line. He can have no complaints.

57 minSpurs win a free kick on the edge of the area with Zaha bringing down Moura. It's desperately close to being a penalty. The resulting set piece from Lamela is sent into the wall.

59 minYELLOW CARD!  Foyth is the next player to be booked after hauling down Schlupp on the edge of the area. Like up the other end, the free kick is wasted with Van Aanholt firing well over.

61 minCHANCE!  Dier advances into the penalty area and does well to tee up Llorente. The forward takes a touch before poking a shot on goal, only for Speroni to make a fine block from point-blank range.

63 minSUBSTITUTION! Pochettino makes a second change as Wanyama is introduced for Dier.

65 minSpurs have just 25 minutes to find two goals. It doesn't feel like it is going to come unless Palace's level drops dramatically.

67 minCHANCE!  That said, Spurs come desperately close to getting back into this match. Trippier is picked out on the far side of the penalty area and the right-back sends a volley marginally wide of the far post. Llorente could have possibly diverted the ball into the net had he committed himself on the slide.

69 minPalace are attempting to move five yards up the pitch in a bid to keep Spurs away from their goal, and it has led to a couple of errors. Smart move by Hodgson.

70 minSUBSTITUTION! Palace make the first alteration with Benteke being introduced for Wickham.

71 minSHOT!  Spurs win a corner on the left flank, but it comes to nothing as Moura heads over the crossbar at the near post.

73 minThings have quietened down at both ends, which plays into the hands of Palace. Pochettino has just one substitute left and he will surely have to use it sooner rather than later.

75 minPalace put together a nice move in the final third with Meyer and Benteke both involved, but it ends with a cross being over-hit from the right.

77 minIt is worth pointing out that Spurs have failed to score in just two matches all season, while they have netted in every single away outing. Is that about to change this evening?

79 minSUBSTITUTION! Palace make a second switch with Milivojevic coming on for Meyer.

81 minSUBSTITUTION! Pochettino takes the chance to introduce academy graduate Sterling, who replaces Moura.

83 minPalace are comfortable at the moment. Spurs are simply not offering enough in the final third. I'd expect another defensive change from Hodgson during these closing stages as well.

85 minSHOT!  Benteke beats Sanchez for strength down the left and sets up Zaha, who sees a low shot towards the near post well kept out by Gazzaniga.

87 minSpurs win a corner on the right-hand side, but nothing comes from the set piece despite a sliced clearance from a defender. Another Palace change is on the way.

88 minSUBSTITUTION! Ayew is being thrown on for the final few minutes, with Townsend the man to make way.

90 minThere will be four minutes of added-on time.

90+2 minYELLOW CARD!  Benteke goes into the book for a foul committed to end a counter-attack. It was worth it in the circumstances. This game is effectively over as a contest.

90+5 minFULL TIME:  Crystal Palace 2-0 Tottenham Hotspur

5.57pmThe full-time whistle goes at Selhurst Park and Palace have held on to register a hugely-impressive 2-0 win over London rivals Tottenham Hotspur. They will feature in tomorrow's last-16 draw.

That will be all from Sports Mole for this match. Thank you for joining today and we hope to see you again soon. Goodbye for now.
