Harry Kane's late goal in Azerbaijan saw Tottenham Hotspur progress from Group J courtesy of a 1-0 win away at Qarabag FK.

Their passage to the last 32 was secured as Monaco suffered a 2-0 home defeat to Anderlecht, with Guillaume Gillet and Frank Acheampong netting in either half.

Aritz Aduriz scored two goals in the last 10 minutes to seal a remarkable turnaround as Athletic Bilbao triumphed 3-2 over Augsburg to ensure their progression.

Partizan are on the verge of joining them in the knockout rounds after Andrija Zivkovic's 89th-minute winner handed them a 2-1 win at AZ.

In Group H, Sporting Lisbon came from a goal down to win 4-2 away at Lokomotiv Moscow, which allowed Besiktas to go top after a comfortable 2-0 win at home to Skenderbeu Korce.
