Juventus are eager to sign Real Madrid right-back Danilo during the summer, according to a report in Italy.

Juventus are reportedly prepared to offer Danilo a route out of Real Madrid at the end of the season.

The full-back joined Los Blancos in a £24m deal from Porto last summer.

However, he has struggled to settle at the Bernabeu, with his performances widely criticised and Dani Carvajal often preferred in the right-back position.

Nevertheless, Tuttosport claims that Juve are not perturbed by the Brazilian's problems in the Spanish capital, with a summer bid in the offing.

The report adds that head coach Massimiliano Allegri has identified Danilo as a long-term replacement for 32-year-old Stephan Lichtsteiner.

The defender has scored two goals from his 20 La Liga appearances this term.
