Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez will only join Juventus this summer if Paulo Dybala leaves the Italians, according to a report.

James Rodriguez will reportedly only join Juventus this summer if Paulo Dybala leaves the Italian champions.

James is currently on an extended loan at Bayern Munich but is due to return to parent club Real Madrid at the end of the 2018-19 campaign.

The Colombia international is expected to be available for transfer this summer and it had been claimed that Cristiano Ronaldo had personally contacted his former Madrid teammate in a bid to convince him to join Juve.

However, according to Tuttosport, James will only move to the Old Lady if Dybala departs in this summer's transfer window.

Dybala has scored 75 times in 167 appearances since joining Juve from Palermo in the summer of 2015.

However, the 25-year-old has only managed two Serie A goals in 19 appearances for the Italians this term.

Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have all been credited with an interest in the Argentina international.
