A report claims that Jose Mourinho could become the next manager of Paris Saint-Germain as the French club are already looking to part company with Thomas Tuchel.

Jose Mourinho is reportedly being lined up as the next manager of Paris Saint-Germain after missing out on the Real Madrid job.

The 56-year-old admitted last week that he is hoping to return to the dugout before the start of next season, having been out of work for the last three months.

Mourinho, sacked by Manchester United after presiding over the club's worst-ever start to a Premier League campaign, is currently working as a pundit in the Middle East.

After being overlooked by Madrid, with his former club instead turning to Zinedine Zidane, The Sun claims that the Portuguese could be on his way to the Parc des Princes.

PSG are said to be ready to part company with Thomas Tuchel after just one season and Mourinho, who has talked up his desire to manage in French football, is considered their top target.

The Parisians are well on course to retain their Ligue 1 crown, but they suffered a shock exit in the Coupe de la Ligue and were dumped out of the Champions League by Man United.
