Inter Milan head coach Roberto Mancini has made four changes from the side that drew 0-0 with Juventus last weekend for this evening's fixture at Palermo.

Yuto Nagatomo and Alex Telles come in for Davide Santon and Juan Jesus at full-back, while Freddy Guarin and Geoffrey Kondogbia replace Felipe Melo and Marcelo Brozovic in midfield.
