Brazil legend Cafu among players to take part in Soccer Aid charity match

Brazil legend Cafu joins a star-studded squad for next month's Soccer Aid charity match at Old Trafford.

Brazil legend Cafu has been named among a star-studded squad for next month's Soccer Aid charity football match.

An England team managed by Jose Mourinho and Sam Allardyce will take on a Rest of the World side coached by newly-crowned Premier League champion Claudio Ranieri.

Celebrities and former footballers will play together in the match, which is in aid of UNICEF, at Manchester United's stadium Old Trafford on June 5.

Now it has been confirmed that Ranieri will have Cafu, former Manchester United players Jaap Stam and Dimitar Berbatov, as well as ex-Barcelona star Samuel Eto'o in his squad.

Dutch midfielder Edgar Davids and former Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann have also been confirmed as members of the Rest of the World team.

As for the England side, ex-Liverpool stars Jamie Carragher and Robbie Fowler will be available for selection, while former internationals Phil Neville, David Seaman and Sol Campbell have also been named in the squad.

Clive Tyldesley and Chris Kamara will provide commentary for the charity game, while former Premier League referee Howard Webb will officiate.
